Purpose-built for transporting forklifts, access equipment and other low-clearance machinery, the MTE Forklift Trailer Range makes loading and securing difficult equipment simple. Combining a low deck, hydraulic suspension and widening axle system, these trailers provide the clearance, approach angle and flexibility required for day-to-day machinery transport.
Designed for low-clearance machinery, The low deck and hydraulic suspension create a low loading angle, ideal for forklifts, scissor lifts and access equipment.
Widen for extra clearance, Widening hydraulic axles increase the space between the wheels, allowing wider machinery to be loaded securely within the trailer.
Simple full-width loading, A single full-width hydraulic rear ramp provides a clear, straight forward loading surface across the rear of the trailer.
Built for everyday transport, Extensive tie-downpoints, integrated chain storage and a protective front bulkhead make securing and transporting machinery easy.
The hydraulic suspension lowers the trailer to create a gradual loading angle, making it suitable for forklifts, scissor lifts, access equipment and machines with low ground clearance.
The axle assemblies can widen independently, providing greater clearance between the wheels for wider machines. Sections of the deck fold down between the wheels when the axles are extended.
A single full-width hydraulic rear ramp provides a straightforward loading surface across the rear of the trailer. The ramp is operated using the truck’s hydraulic supply as standard.
Deck-mounted chain slots, tie bars and heavy-duty chain lugs are positioned throughout the top and bottom decks, providing multiple options for securing different machines.
The low bottom deck keeps the machine’s overall transport height down while helping create the trailer’s shallow approach angle. The 2 axle model has an approximate deck ride height of 608mm.
A full-width front bulkhead provides additional load protection, with a rubber bumper positioned across the bulkhead to help protect transported machinery.
