Precision Steering for Oversized House Transport
The MTE E-Command House Trailer range is engineered for the controlled transport and positioning of houses and other oversized structures. Combining electronic command steering, hydraulic suspension and heavy-duty high-tensile construction, these trailers give operators precise control in tight accessways, around corners and during final placement.
Available in 3 and 4 axle configurations, the main trailers can also be paired with 1 or 2 axle E-Command clip-ons to provide additional support and capacity for longer or heavier loads.
E-Command system provides electronic steering control across every axle, with angle sensors and individual dial-up steering adjustments. Operators can steer, lift and lower the trailer from the handheld remote or the in-cab touchscreen display.
Road-Assist mode allows the operator to apply powered steering while travelling, with the axles automatically returning to the correct kingpin angle once the control is released. Manual steering remains available when precise positioning is required.
Every axle is fitted with electronic angle sensors and can achieve up to 32 degrees of command steering when fitted with the standard tyre configuration. Individual axle steering allows the operator to fine-tune the trailer’s path during transport and manoeuvring.

Double-acting hydraulic suspension provides independent control over the left and right sides of the trailer. The system can be used to raise, lower and level the load, with automatic levelling and programmable lift-height functions available through the in-cab display.

The E-Command system includes an in-cab touchscreen display, giving the operator access to the main trailer functions from inside the tractor unit. The screen provides a live display of individual axle angles and allows the operator to control steering, suspension and gooseneck functions. The in-cab touchscreen also adds Road-Assist steering, automatic levelling, selectable steer-about points and programmable lift heights.

A Danfoss wireless remote with an integrated visual display allows the operator to control the trailer while maintaining a clear view of the load and surrounding area.
Remote functions include:

Double-acting hydraulic suspension provides independent control of each side of the trailer, allowing loads to be raised, lowered and levelled with ease. The system improves stability during loading, transport and positioning while helping maintain consistent load control across uneven terrain.

Designed to transport a wide variety of building sizes, the extendable deck locks into multiple positions to suit different load lengths. Pontoons provide additional support across the deck while maintaining structural strength throughout the trailer.

In onboard diesel-powered hydraulic system provides dedicated hydraulic flow for steering, suspension and lift functions. Independent pump circuits ensure smooth, responsive operation.

Optional 1 and 2 axle E-Command clip-ons allow the trailer to be configured for different house sizes and weight distributions. Quick-connect hydraulic, electrical and air systems enable fast installation while maintaining full electronic steering capability across the entire combination.

Manufactured from high-tensile steel, the three-beam chassis is engineered to withstand the demands of repeated heavy transport. The robust construction delivers excellent rigidity, durability and long service life, even in demanding operating environments.

The MTE E-Command system delivers exceptional manoeuvrability through fully electronic multi-axle steering. Individual axle control, automatic centring and Road-Assist functionality allow operators to confidently navigate tight access roads, construction sites and final house placement with unmatched precision
