MTE completed this 3 Axle 8.5m Simple Trailer for Equipment & Transport Leasing Ltd (ETL Hire), designed as a straightforward and durable machinery transporter for their heavy equipment hire fleet.
With an 8.5-metre deck, 23,000kg GVM and air suspension, the trailer provides ETL Hire with a versatile platform for transporting smaller construction and earthmoving machinery between jobs.

Simple, Practical Machinery Transport
The trailer's spring-assisted rear ramps provide straightforward machinery loading without the need for a hydraulic system. Additional reinforcement through the ramps and beavertail provides strength through the main loading paths, while timber between the wheels helps reduce machinery movement on the deck.
For load flexibility, the trailer incorporates eight tie points along each side of the deck as well as ship-lock pockets and stools for carrying a 20ft container. Rear fold-down landing legs provide additional support during loading and unloading.
