Hydraulic Linkwing Capability
The Linkwing configuration allows the deck to hydraulically widen from 2.5m to 3.7m, providing the additional width required for large tracked machinery and other over-dimensional loads.
MTE hydraulic suspension allows the deck to operate between 820mm lowered and 1,060mm raised, while the hydraulic compensating gooseneck provides further control over trailer height and setup for different loads.
Remote Control Operation
A 10-function remote control system allows the operator to remotely control the gooseneck, left and right suspension and front and rear deck widening. This makes it easier to configure the trailer while maintaining a clear view of the trailer and load.
Equipped for Heavy Haulage
The trailer incorporates extensive load restraint provisions, including Figure 8 deck lashings, cross-member lashing rings, heavy-duty 16mm chain lugs and ship-lock provisions for a 20ft container. Stainless-steel protectors are fitted above the outer cross-member lashings to protect these high-use areas.
An 85-point centralised automatic greasing system covers the suspension, brakes, widening cylinders, wings, locks, gooseneck and ramps, helping simplify routine maintenance on a trailer with a significant number of moving components.
Five open chain bins and dedicated dunnage storage between the axles provide plenty of space for chains, timber and other heavy haulage equipment.
