Another shipment of MTE heavy haulage equipment packed up and heading for the ship, with a 4 Rows of 8 Dropbed Linkwing and two 2 Rows of 8 Dollies on their way across the Tasman to Australian customers.

The largest unit in the shipment is this 4 Rows of 8 Dropbed Linkwing rated to an impressive 110,000kg GVW.

The trailer features a 12,607mm deck, 127mm dropbed and MTE hydraulic Linkwing widening system, allowing the deck to open from 2,700mm to 4,600mm with multiple intermediate locking widths.

Travelling alongside the Linkwing are two MTE 2 Rows of 8 Dollies, designed to provide additional axle capacity and flexibility within larger modular heavy-haulage combinations.

The supplied 2R8 specification is rated to 50,000kg GVW and hydraulically widens from 2,500mm to 4,260mm, giving operators the ability to configure the dolly around different trailer widths and heavy transport combinations.
