Hydraulic Compensating Gooseneck

One of the standout features of this build is the hydraulic internal compensating gooseneck. Integrated into the trailer's hydraulic controls, the gooseneck can be raised and lowered independently alongside the suspension and widening functions.

The trailer is also supplied with both 50mm and 90mm drop-in kingpins, providing additional flexibility when configuring the trailer with different prime movers.

A 10-function remote control gives the operator remote control over the front and rear widening, left and right suspension, and hydraulic gooseneck.

Equipped for Heavy Haulage

Load restraint has been comprehensively incorporated throughout the trailer, including 18 Figure 8 lashings in each deck, cross-member lashing rings, 16mm chain lugs, ship-lock provisions and stainless-steel coaming rail protectors.

Storage includes three open chain bins, two lockable stainless-lid toolboxes, four dunnage trays between the axles and two additional spine dunnage trays, keeping chains, blocks and other heavy haulage equipment organised and accessible.

Folding oversize signs, sliding front and rear chevrons, LED beacons and rear warning strobes complete the setup for over-dimensional transport.
